Rentalcars.com is a car hire broker and deals directly with all the major international car rental companies to offer customers substantial saving on their car hire. With an ever expanding portfolio of partner projects including Airlines and online travel agencies we’re looking to expand our in house design team.
Who we are looking for:
· A talented enthusiastic web designer.
· Ability, commitment and passion for your work is a must.
· Highly motivated, possessing creative and technical flair with superb communication skills.
· Very keen eye for detail. Ability to produce quality work in a short time frame.
· Ready to work with our dynamic team on group projects to drive the company to greater success.
The Role:
· Working on the front-end design and development of partner integrations.
· Writing HTML and CSS code and creating graphics to bring designs to life.
· Working closely with developers to ensure a high level of quality is maintained when launched.
· Working with the social media team to increase our brand presence across different platforms
Essentials:
· Excellent HTML and CSS skills
· Knowledge of Browser and Device Compatibility
· Advanced knowledge of Web Standards
· Advanced knowledge of Photoshop or Fireworks
· Knowledge of Web Usability
Desirable:
· Good knowledge of Javascript and jQuery
· HTML5
· CSS3
· Flash
· Social Media platforms
An online portfolio or examples of live work should be provided on application
